  • Russell Aschoff

    President, CEO

    Mr. Aschoff has over thirty five (35) years of sales, management and business development experience in the software, services and collections business. His involvement and investment came about as a by-product of his exposure to the company and products from an end-user perspective and as a consultant.

     

    Mr. Aschoff sets the vision and the goals of the company and works closely with the management team to develop the products and services offered by the company.

  • Phil Chapman

    Manager Software Development

    Phil is the senior programmer at CollectionWorks and is manager of software program development.

    Phil started his career, with the company that would eventually become CollectionWorks, in 1987. Today, Phil works closely with the CEO in the design, testing, and implementation of all new development. Phil routinely participates in meetings with clients to gain first hand knowledge of the ever expanding needs and desires of businesses in many varied sectors. His understanding of business basics, honed over many years in management, make him a valuable asset to any business implementation. Phil works closely with our customer service managers to insure that they understand and can train on all the functionality within the software.

  • Renee Meadows

    Collections Manager

    Renee oversees the collection department within CW Account Services, the collection division of CollectionWorks, Inc.

    She works closely with the collection teams on compliance issues, client expectations, and most importantly client satisfaction. Renee is responsible for setting collector/office goals, monitoring file maintenance, and training on any new state and federal laws, such as FDCPA and HIPPA. Renee joined CollectionWorks 7 years ago with 24 years in the collection industry, 14 of them with Equifax collection divisions where she held leadership positions in collection management, portfolio management, developing and implementing company-wide monitoring methods, performance resolutions and audit processing.
